Blood pressure telemonitoring
The Home blood pressure measurement is an extremely effective screening tool to keep monitored the pathologies of the cardiovascular system, thanks to the ease of use and to the immediacy of the procedure which allow the physician to have in real time the constant monitoring of the patient’s pressure.
Thanks to Tholomeus® telemedicine service, the measurements of blood pressure can be performed over 24 hours: the 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure recording service is available at pharmacies or at health centers in partnership with Tholomeus®. Both the pressure values measured at home with the App and the 24-hour measured ones are uploaded on our server and made available to your physician!

Open the Tholomeus® App and go to the “My Measurements” section to select the function. Or click on My Exams to view the results of the 24-hour measurements made in pharmacies or at physicians in partnership with Tholomeus®

Select the menu item “Blood pressure” to enter the section relating to your blood pressure measurements

Enter your diastolic pressure (minimum)
Enter your heart rate
Add any note or comment you want to send to your physician Save your data!
Pressure values – Summary
After entering the data you can view them on the basis of the period. In case of abnormal values, Tholomeus® shall point them out by means of yellow and red dots to mark the seriousness of the anomalies.
Furthermore, Tholomeus® processes your average pressure values on the basis of the entered measurements, allows you to view their trend graphs over time and to create reports in PDF format for storage and archives.
Any information you enter in the Tholomeus® APP is always available for you both on your smartphone or tablet APP and on our website, in the specific web APP you can access with the same login data.
